Shipping policy

Free delivery may be available when your order is above the threshold stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon to Fri on an overnight service and would normally be with you within 1-2 working days. (Order made on Friday are likely to be delivered on Monday) 

For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

To track your order, simply click your order’s tracking number when you receive the shipping confirmation to link to the providers tracking tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
